I’m Alison. I’m from Ireland and have lived in Dubai for more than 10 years.
I love to combine my passion for Science with my love of exercise, nutrition, and overall well-being.
I have over 23 years of experience in a variety of sports, as well as over 10 years in weightlifting and functional fitness.
Throughout my Personal Training career, I have gained client experience in functional fitness, strength training, mobility and flexibility, endurance training, and body recomposition.
My services are designed to help women achieve their training, nutrition, and lifestyle goals while living a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.
